Once the order gets cancelled, amount will be refunded to the customer via NEFT or RTGS. For this, customer will have to share his or her NEFT details. Customer can mail the same to [email protected]
After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 2 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 2-4 business days.
Refund for cancellation without cause
If you order a machine and then cancel after the machine has been shipped then you are liable to pay the shipping charges which will amount to 8% of the machine value.
